High Bridge Time…

Posted by:

My favorite workout is coming up this weekend. I love High Bridge day.
Basically it’s a half mile repeat up a bridge over the Mississippi river. It’s a tough climb, but oh so fun. What’s going to make it more fun this time? Well it’ll be around 10 degrees, super windy, and snowing.

I think that will provide a good launching pad into August, September, and October marathon training. I keep forgetting that with a late marathon that I really have more time to train.
Saturday was hill …
